This modality focuses on an assessment process which helps the therapist understand the underlying cause of your current condition. We do this by identifying specific muscles and muscle groups which may be creating your underlying pain issue. Specially trained practitioners will work with your body and nervous system to help correct your chief complaint at the root of the problem,(which is not always at location of your pain).

This neuroplastic rewiring modality taps into your bodies "user manual" to help reset your hardwired functional movement patterns. Through a series of exploratory movements your body is invited to rediscover ease in movement. Once this previously established movement pattern is accessed, the body has new and better options and will start to unravel old compensatory patterns that no longer serve you.

Traumatic Release Exercises

This modality reactivates your body's own system for dumping stress. This session will teach you to access your own nervous system, giving you the ability to release somatic stress trapped in the musculoskeletal system from a lifetime of external stressful experiences.

Lymphatic Massage

This modality will jumpstart your bodies lymphatic system, strengthening your immune systems ability to heal while draining old lymphatic fluid and replacing it with revitalized lymph fluid. This process is performed with a medical cupping machine and is recommended for pre and post surgical procedures as well as relieving your system of excess fluids.

Visceral Massage Therapy

This modality releases and regulates the health and natural motility of your internal organs. People suffering with GERD symptoms, digestive issues, breathing issues, constipation and accidents may find relief from pain when their viscera is free to move in sync with the bodies natural rhythms.

Relaxation Massage

This is a full body massage experience designed to activate the body's "rest and digest" system. This a great way to relax and refresh your body, mind and soul.

TMJD Treatment

This treatment addresses the release of the muscles of the jaw and is designed to help release and reset the position of the jaw. It can help with pain and headaches as well as wear and tear of the Temporal Mandibular Joint.

Jill is the owner and operator of Body Innervation Massage and has spent the last 6 years focused on Medical Massage disciplines to correct core issues at the cause rather than addressing only their problematic symptoms. She is well versed in several modalities and will design an assessment based treatment plan specifically tailored to each clients needs. She is also an instructor of the medical massage program at Blue Sky School of Massage in Green Bay, WI.
